Most people are not ready to make the sacrifices necessary to address this problem. I doubt that humans can solve this - the earth will be fine. Humanity will be scrubbed away over the next few hundred years.

They don't seem to tax Chinese imports so everyone is into fast fashion now. They should put a tax on all products that could fund recycling once the product is no longer needed.
More would be accomplished by using the money to promote clean energy in those countries that pollute the most rather than giving it to countries that hardly pollute.
