mrs williams is right about the train thing. ok you get movies on an 8 hour flight, but how about an 8 hour train trip? you look outside and ponder and prepare yourself for the wonderful adventure you are about to have. and every delay and ersatzbus is its own wonderful adventure
“enshittification” is a useful term to describe many places of depreciation, but Climate wise, it’s heartbreaking to consider what that means for our beautiful world. 😔
i want to, and shall, believe that we de-enshittifcate our environment, an awe-some complex mechanical work, through our gradual, radical and progressive improvements to the environment everywhere
