Let's hope this improves things. Mild rain and moderately cold temperatures seem to be too much to handle for this joke of a company. Trains have been not running normally for three weeks straight. What will they do in actual winter? Stop the service altogether?
After years of bad service, and having to return to using the roads on discovering that my annual season ticket was more expensive than the marginal costs of running my car for the same year, this is overdue news.

It couldn’t possibly harm the service; never known so much chaos as occurs too regularly on that network.
