That’s SUCH a nice way to say…
“We have NO idea what the tariffs will be … or if we will even have tariffs at all…because the president is a moody, emotional guy, and is known for changing his mind at the drop of a hat.”
Citizens have taken several stands on consumer goods and travel. I trust our government to figure it out. We are tired of his threats. We are pretty laid back, but when we get fed up, a different story. Preparing for an election, pray we can keep the Nazi's out. That's where our fight is. Thank you
“Fluid situation” is code for Trumps temperament at the time of signing. If he remembers to be angry, the percentage will be higher. If someone can talk him down some, it will be less. We might as well ask a magic 8 ball. 🎱 🎱🎱🎱🎱🎱🎱🎱🎱🎱
All I know is we are about to start a floor to ceiling kitchen renovation and I’m beyond thankful we have purchased and received delivery of everything!!
The tariff rate will be determined using a Top Secret formula based upon Trump's weight at midnight March 3. Given that his actual weight has been reported to be 215, 239, 244, and even 322#, the final tariff may depend on how many Big Macs Trump engulfs in America during the next few days.
Whatever the tariffs are, if any, the trade war has already begun. Canada is boycotting anything from USA. The damage is done and retaliation just started. Next time, try to put an adult in charge of your country. (That's if you ever have a chance to vote again)
It's on the table. Ontario and Quebec are big producers of green electricity and said they might cut the services to USA. It will hit friendly states but it will be a direct consequence to the tarifs. It will really depend of the % of those tariffs.
Considering relatively close pricing and trade volume, protectionist or political tariffs should be around 2-5% if that's really what they are trying to do.
The danger is larger tariffs are increasingly destructive and inflationary to both sides and in the end it's a tax on the American taxpayer.
As I understand it, if Canada retaliates by charging the USA commercial rate for oil and gas it'll send US inflation through the roof and possibly lead to recession. Is that correct?
How long before MAGA finally sees the "game" he is "playing" with their lives. He really thinks he is playing on a reality TV shoe, except it has real impacts to everyone else. Fear and chaos is so tiring
These gangsters in the WH have rudely slapped our neighbors and best allies & trading partners in the face long enough. Now they’re starting to realize the U.S. will also be hurt by a trade war. Canada & Mexico should tell them to go to hell. There are other & better nations to do business with.
They’re just playing with people. Stupid pointless behaviour. Except it’s people’s lives and livelihoods they’re playing with which turns it into despicable behaviour.
We don’t care anymore. This “now you see it, now you don’t” tariff bullshit has only made us madder. Lines are drawn. The tangerine twit is
actually becoming irrelevant.

Trump's tariffs tanking the economy that before Trump was doing great. It's all about consumer sentiment, and Trump is frightening consumers to save, not spend. Then on top of it, a national sales tax to inflate prices, a double reason to not spend as before. Trump's intentionally doing it, but why?
Who cares how much it is, there shouldn't be any. That greedy fat ass pig is going to get his, mark my words it will all come back to haunt him & I can't wait to see that happen.

Reassuring, amirite?
Stable!

If trump wants to extort his own manufacturing base, Canada wants a taste.
Fixed it for ya.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM USA!
Make the US pay the full market price on energy. Friendly prices are over.
If they put a 10% tax on energy, let’s add a 15% tax on exportation.
