Yup, you get enough radical, self anointed so called minorities (Evangelicals, Gun Lobby, White nationalists, Conspiracy believers, Christian Nationalists) to agree on something by pandering to them, you get what we are. It's how Nazi Germany capitalized on recruiting citizens to join their ranks.
