I used to play this in my classes as well. I taught what was then termed “Art and Cultural Heritage.” I used every ounce of my creativity to work this and other ideas into the heads of my students who supported me and called my classes the most relevant they’d ever taken.

The dark comedy of the great Charlie Chaplin. Perfect for today. On a side note, my father fought in Europe against Nazism, Winter 1944-45. He said that he never hated the Ger soldiers, as they were soldiers like him, doing a job. He reserved his hatred for Ger's leaders who sent them to war.
