cuts to the Social Security Admin include people that provide telephone support, resulting in hours long wait times.

includes tech support that makes sure checks come on time and online is up and running.

DOGE hadn't identified verifiable fraud.

before Trump. there was a 2 1/2 hour wait time for a phone call-tried it many times. Local office phones would just say "too busy, try again later" I was broken and not working with all those that were being paid to work but weren't. Took 3 1/4 hours to get a call back!
