In fairness, What I do is the audio editing. The sound effects themselves are ones I find from various sources online, such as Pixabay, Pond5, and so forth. Sometimes I make some adjustments, like pitch shifting and other editorial tricks, but credit where it's due.

They have a variety of sounds that can be put to various uses: sloshes, gurgles, grunts, groans, stretching noises, and the like.

There are also some folks on FurAffinity who've made some great compilations too. One of the best I've found is: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/51905256/
