Saw some comments in the other place that Ukraine has lots of ranged capabilities (see Sevastopol). Actually they have a very limited number, the Ukrainians have shown what they can do with what they have. Imagine if they had layers of different ranged systems….

The most frustrating thing about this issue is that providing Ukraine with long-range capability is the easiest thing we can do, we are talking a few hundred missiles. But, this demonstrates and even deeper problem, that we resist thinking of the UKR war as our own.

It should have been declared policy early on that any type of weapon that Russia used against Ukraine would be supplied to Ukraine by the West. This would have prevented escalation and saved countless lives.

That's right. Now the political crisis in the USA is complicating matters. As long as there is no new speaker, no new aid can be voted. And that could last. In the short term, the Biden administration may be able to get around this, but in the medium term... Thanks for the code you sent me !

Ukraine continues to report very heavy attrition of Russian tanks, artillery, vehicles etc. probably much of it accomplished with drones. This seems like winning to me, albeit some patience is needed.
