My pizza purist take is that anything can go on a pizza. I might have to try this, though it would be even better if the attention this gets causes one of the pizzerias around me to take their own stab at it.
Excited for this but always thought Thanksgiving-esque items should come out in like April/may. A little turkey refresher about 6 months before the big turkey day. Give me a gobbler pizza in the springtime!
