Has he no shoes?
Are there no cabs?
Has congestion relief closed the subway?
Couldn’t he hire a rickshaw?
Are the children confined to home with ankle bracelets?
Well, being a CEO, probably less than I did, and more like Jack Welch who had shareholders paying for flowers in his five residences and for his (clearly job-related) golf memberships.
Not that the toll is specifically for "rich ppl." It's for people who want to drive cars in one of the densest cities in the U.S.

At night (too many people out during the day and she's bonkers).
In the sub-freezing temperatures.
And I have to stop to pick up poop.
a car. In fact it would make no sense to drive. Walk or take the subway.
Could take the kids to the park on the way home, be a parent etc. like driving in that part of town takes more time

Private chef $20,000
Mercedes lease $1,000
Congestion pricing to see kids on weekends $144
Utility $500
someone who is good at the economy please help me budget this. my family is dying
Then I read the story.
Fuck this whiny ass bitch.
Sideways.
With a cactus.
What an out of touch douche!!!
Pay to support public transit for others, or walk 18 blocks for goodness sake.
Second, I thought everyone took a taxi in New York if they were too good for the subway.
