These won't be undocumented immigrants. Undocumented immigrants don't file tax returns. If they did they probably are not undocumented which means they'll be targeted because of Spanish surnames or Birthright citizenship.

The IRS allows undocumented persons to file, and many do (this is why ITINs exist, for folks who don't have an SSN). The unwritten deal has always been "pay your taxes and the IRS will mind its own business." Until now, it seems.

Domestic violence taxpayers as well as legal Visa holders, Birthright citizenship children of legal foreign nationals are in those numbers. It's well known that undocumented immigrants can/do use SSNs of citizens, contribute to that person's account even tho they will never collect benefits.

“Suspected” is that a Jewish sounding last name? Is it Gypsy sounding last name? But yeah they ain’t nazi’s. No actual evidence of wrong doing, just racists looking at list and saying they are “suspected”. The US Constitution calls bullshit on these types of witch hunts for a reason.
