LOL. I would encourage you to watch the Daigle documentary on Amazon Prime. You're just flat out wrong on that one.

Reinbacher hasn't looked good since we made the pick so I don't think 10 years worth of data is necessary here. Saying we need to wait until late career is pretty silly.

To clarify, I said if they can't win a cup in the next 5 seasons - yes, they need to go. That would be 8 or 9 seasons with them in charge.
