i personally think he's not touchy at all unless he's with someone he trusts fully. i hc that he's uncomfortable with people unexpectedly touching him, and he avoids it as much as possible

Personally I don't think he's touchy. He doesn't seem to be the ghost even when the traveler is unconscious and he is very talkative but draws lines at getting close and interacting with people in more than conversation. Even after the event with Kazuha he's got some distance and yet really happy.

I'd say sometimes personal space doesn't seem to cross his mind, but we've seen he worries about boundaries a lot and is pretty closed off, so I really doubt he'd be touchy consciously or excessively
