If someone changes their name for whatever reason, just get a valid document that proves the name change? Or have your citizenship information updated?
I am curious if this might not disenfranchise Republican women disproportionately more than Democratic women who (insert massive over generalization here) are more prone to keep their maiden names than take their husbands’. #UnintendedConsequences

I get needing to verify voters but unless there is a process in place to work in urban and remote areas to ensure that they get a process that works for them then it is just preventing voters from their right to vote for representation
