In fact we only have other people’s versions of what Jesus may have said. These we written any years after he lived. Jesus left no writings. So we do not know how Jesus referred to himself.
And none of us speaks the language in which any of this would have supposedly been spoken (dialects change and are area specific, there is no recording and writers edit, so...).
