The longest part for me was finding the right colorwork charts / drafting my own. There was a lot of time out and frogging on the project entirely because of the colorwork charts.

I drafted the chart for the ferns myself using dot grid paper! The owl and mushrooms were from Alterknits by Andrea Rangel, who coincidentally has a lovely fern chart she just released for her Patreon subscribers this month.
