I’m glad it’s still a hybrid. I’ve been wanting Nintendo to merge their console and handheld business since 2013 when A Link Between Worlds released. “Now I have to get a 3DS. I wish Nintendo would just have 1 system so all the Zeldas would go to it” so in a way I willed Switch into existence.

Even the Joy-Cons themselves have been that Nintendo-like spark I could totally get behind... if the sticks didn't break so often.

If the Switch 2 doesn't fix that, I'm avoiding it actually. I can get my Star Fox, F-Zero, and FPS Adventure fix on my PC, nowadays.

What I don’t quite understand is, we’ve been under the impression that this was going to be the Switch 2, though we may not have thought the name so literally, so what were some people expecting?
