Upper right seems like the best to me. Upper left is nice, but too heavy and colorful. The bands from the barrel on the lower left are a nice touch, but don't quite come out right - and the text isn't as legible. Lower right's colors clash a bit. (BTW, I'm a big fan and my wife has crush on you.) 🙂

Bottom right is my pick. It fits the terroir of your tour to a T. Stop into Glenns Creek Distilling! It's a tiny place with incredible whiskey operating out of the ruins of the historic Old Crow Distillery.
