Basically, they are requiring new attendees to purchase their ticket, before they are vetted. It is then possible to fail said vetting process, and not receive your money back. 2/6

This was not the first discussion had with staff about this, however I was censored and removed from the old group the first time. According to other community members, they did confirm in that chat that refunds would be issued. 4/6
That 2024 chat was now been deleted though, so I cannot provide receipts speaking to that. In my opinion, none of this is the way that you build up a community around a convention this young. 5/6
If you are a new attendee, and you are declined, please make sure to issue a chargeback with your bank before the timeframe elapses. I worry that this may put the con's viability at risk, but it seems it will be the only way the organisers listen to reason. 6/6
