2. My chopped nuts are mostly small like in the photo, but I get a fair amount pistachio dust/powder when I chop. I count it as part of the volume.Is it weighing down the meringue? Do I use that in muffins instead?

I took two dozen to a ❤️Day musical event. At break I was speaking to a little old lady as she popped one into her mouth.
“Oh! That’s my cooky”
