I used to hate updating mine and yes, it takes such a long time. I worked with a girl who said she updated hers every time she was given a new responsibility. Yes, she was exactly as you imagine her. And yes, she gave in her notice after 18 months and a lot of training

Oh I had one of those last year .. she started applying for other positions in the company within 2 weeks of starting. She was very disruptive and caused me no end of problems. Luckily she was 6mth FTC so she was out the door at the earliest opportunity!!
