š¬ I know Iām guilty of language policing. Usually in formal settings like our tennis club committee, Iāve been quite vocal about us using āwomenā rather than āladiesā and I actually donāt know if a) itās the right thing to be doing and b) if anyone even cares.

The phenomenon of āleftist language policingā is 99% a product of centrists whining about it constantly. I almost never encounter it in real life and requests for vocabulary updates are typically non-binding guidelines for formal written documents.
