Critter Cove has a free demo on Steam! There's so many combinable options in the character creator that I was actually able to make the hybrid furries I wanted.

I legitimately thought CC would get popular in the fandom just as a character generator, so I hope it gets more attention.

I played Lost Ark when it was released in the West but I found the endgame to be a huge hurdle for me. 🥲

But I loved the look of the characters and outfits so much. Sometimes I miss the game. 🥰

Sims4, it's free on Steam minus some packs of course. But with some cc (you can find sims4 cc on pinterest and tumblr) you can pretty much customize your OC there pretty well. I would look into a tutorial how to download cc, but it's actually fairly easy.

if you ever opt for "Dress ups" I love rinmaru's stuff. Ascension Couple Creator (https://www.dolldivine.com/ascension-couple-creator) and Medieval Woman (https://www.dolldivine.com/classic-games/medieval-woman-dress-up) are ones I frequent all the time when I'm making character concepts for DnD

When I was young I used this mobile game called Avatar Maker: Cats 2 (there were a bunch of other ones with other creatures made by the same company but I only used the one) I remember it actually looking nice w/ a surprising amount of options. No idea if it still exists but it was good.

Dragon age Veilguard character creator is pretty good
And I heard the one from Dragon's Dogma is also nice!
(BG3 is still my favorite even if it doesn't have that much options, I love the lighting so much)

Dragon’s dogma is good, and on Xbox (idk about other platforms) you can just download the character creator for free.
Elden ring and then I’ve heard that mecha break is going to have great customization once it’s out.

Nioh 2 had a pretty strong character creator iirc. Street Fighter 6's was powerful, but I struggled to get what I wanted out of it. It's been forever since I messed with it, but I spent so much time making characters in Soul Calibur 3 back in the day.

Black Desert has a robust character creator, can't speak to the game being any good. Never finished the main line quests.

Waframe has great customization options but is a generally dense game. idk how you feel about the art style.

EVE online has a good creator but is only technically a "game"
