End of CofE exceptionalism?
As a Baptist minister, by the turn of the century it was already being emphasised to us that EVERY allegation or disclosure had to be referred to the secular authorities, without any in-house investigation.
Yet the CofE STILL thinks it can decide if and when to refer.
