No fish very little noodles no macaroni and cheese
I have to watch my carbs and sugar! When I test my blood after eating certain foods my glucose shoots up! Not fun but necessary!
Just eat food. It is easy to identify, non packaged, non sugary, with fats (that are great for you) and Veggies and Fibers that you can actually feel and chew through 😊
