Get off the Discover feed and you won't see them. Use the Following feed and follow lots of accounts you're interested in. You can also enable the setting to show posts from your various liked feeds in your Following feed to make it more diverse. If you're not following a lot of feeds, start!
Also, What's Hot Classic is a better general feed, imo, because it includes all posts with over a certain number of likes. Just make sure the nudity moderation tool is set to your preference or you will see things you will never be able to unsee.
