Made with a fancy aged gochujang that Rachel got me for Christmas along with gochugaru, Allepo and Urfa peppers, and some fried shallots, my latest chili crisp is much less spicy than my usual Szechuan version. That's why it's named after Mt. Halla - a long extinct volcano in Korea. #chilicrisp
