Oh, no concept of personal space at all. Nor any concept of ownership of leftovers. If it's in the fridge, it's free game. If it's on your plate and you're not eating it fast enough, it's also free game.

Ha ha! I'd have to make a double portion for me at meals so she'd still feel good picking at my plate. Personal space, no problem there. I'm used to gulls -- I'm a "baycat" myself.

I envision my bird and bat characters as being incapable of sustained flight, but able to do the equivalent of a video game "double jump" or cool aerial anime flips or something. She could glide a short distance or fly-jump to a second story roof, but probably not much more than that!
