Lemon-Parmesan Vinaigrette
Champagne Shallot Dressing
Garlic-Anchovy Dressing (a lighter take on Caesar)
Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette
Herb Yogurt Dressing

Here are a few suggestions for summer dressings:
Apple honey vinaigrette
Raspberry vinaigrette
Jalapeno honey mustard
Mediterranean/Greek vinaigrette
Lemon Poppyseed
Honey vinaigrette
Poppyseed, but I reserve this one mainly for strawberry or mandarin salad.
