They need to prove their mettle.
Never take advice from anyone who has not achieved what you want to achieve.
Instead, respect those who have put in the reps and achieved 'the thing' - because the value they have to offer is broad and deep.
The real experts in this space are primed to make the transformations they promise. They are reaping the rewards of their hard work.
We need to keep raising the bar.
They will not risk their future by taking advice drizzled from a textbook by overnight copycat gurus.
And that's a good thing. It brings credibility back.
I know the kind of mindsets and experiences that thrive and those that fail.
The standards have been raised.
The imposters are being forced out because the majority of coaching and consulting buyers have become savvier.
In fact, I'm risking the opposite.
But the reality is that theory is never enough.
If you haven't done the thing, you can't understand the nuance of what it's like for others to go through it.
