Royalty sucks ass in the real world, and there's always the aspect to any prince themed lewdness that Michael has the power to ruin a woman's life if she ever said no to him.

While sometimes it's impossible to shut your brain off about implications, there is an advantage to fantasy that you can handwave certain parts of reality just because. Like, if everyone just *knew* the prince would never exercise power like that, and behaved as if he'd never.

I often do the same for any fiction I'm writing. Sometimes it creates good world building, but a 'sona is about wishfulfillment more than airtight world building
