Cutesy Bonzo's structure looks knitted, I actually used a jumper for that. I draped it to the foam ball, sewed it, cut out the hole for the mouth and glued the mouth into that hole. At first I also just glued on the nose, I'll come to that later

For the collar I sewed a foam strip and triangles into white cotton, bought a pink tie and used everything together and then to the head.
I also just bought a purple hat and attached it with snap buckles for easier transportation.

I also made gloves from the jumper's sleeves and we bought a second jumper to actually wear as intended. I added a second glove as understructure to create the illusion of only 4 fingers of similar thickness.

And then at the premiere we learned that Bonzo's nose is detatchable for the monster Bonzo version... So I came home from the premiere and had 4 days to add this feature to my Bonzo head to show it off at MCM. So I carefully removed the nose that I had glued to the head and when from there

I have Bonzo this skull nose. Monster Bonzo had his skull ripped open from his nose over his forehead, so I thought I'd add a beginning tear and conseal it with the nose. And I'd add a little eye looked out from within

The eye is just a iris and pupil painted on paper with a clear cabochon glued on top. The eyelids are just foam. I pre-painted it, then added texture with cotton and latex and painted that again. I love it so much!
I then just glued it to the inside of the head.
