I made a first layer of gloves so I can pull everything off the 3D print if I need to repair a string or elastic. I glued batting to these under-gloves and added foam clay for more pointy fingers. The actual skin then goes over this construction.

The mouth is 1cm high density foam, cut and dremeled into shape. The lips are foam clay! The eyes are acrylic domes with a bit of clear resin for the lens, I then simply glued the picture of an eye behind it. The veins are strings of wool glued to the dome. Last step is painting the inside white!
The eyes in the ripped-open belly are made the same way the one behind cutesy Bonzo's nose was: painted iris behind a cabochon, foam eye lids, cotton and latex, paint it. The head basically got the same treatment like the body. The weird eye lid is also just foam, later added latex and cotton to it.
Then magic happened and suddenly it looked alive! Matt from https://www.instagram.com/brazen.and.bold/ painted Bonzo, shading, blood smears and dirt!
Also, you can see me wearing the trousers already, these are just from a comfy trousers pattern by @tsuya.at
All that was left then was glueing on the... blisters? pimples? lumps? The orange things, which are toy foam balls in two sizes which I cut in half and painted orange. The bigger ones on the head I made with 5 mm EVA foam.
And also added the decorative stitches!
