That's not explainable by chance.
Arsenal is reffed differently for fouls, yellows & reds. And the nums make this quite clear.
Not saying there isn't some sort of bias, but one team has to end up at the top of his personal rankings and they are a relatively low-volume event so a small amount of extra reds can move the numbers here. 1/
