I guess reading is hard?
He calls out commanders for having access to mortars, but preferring FPVs despite lower success rate and higher cost for most missions.
He calls for a mix of lots of cheap (mortars) plus loitering for other stuff. Instead of buying loads of garbage

- The author was not a commander. This means, he didn't test his assumptions.
- He counts attacks not even started as failure. This way one can bring any success rate down.
- If commanders choose their drones over their mortars, they have a reason.

- He doesn't mention advantages of drones. For example, they do reconnaissance as well. Mortars need recon on top (which he ignores).

Most of all, he ignores what the military on the ground does: it created an entire new military branch for just drones, "Unmanned Systems Forces". Would they do this if their existing units were more successful? Not likely.
