All Israel wants is peace and the hostages back.
If it's about religion or race. Why does Israel have 15% of population Muslim? You won't see that in Gaza with any race other than Muslim.

The UN convention for the prevention of genocide lists 4 criteria for determining a genocide is ongoing. None refer to a % of dead as a fraction of the population as actor in determining a genocide is happening. This is an adjudicated genocide. Do you understand what that means?

I would also say that most of UN are the same people that let the extremist in their countries and have problems with extremist radicals. Stabbings, using cars as weapons, bombs and more. Not including all the rape. But those countries go after any people that point this out.
