Love the old grounded aesthetic of the MCU even if this is what I feel ends up holding it back when it starts dipping it's toes into more out there plots. Glad this was my first film of 2025.. even if it was a rewatch.
I never realized that Blonsky was the first super soldier introduced in the MCU, pretty cool. Him fighting the hulk as a human was way cooler than I remembered it being.
The story was weird at times, but a lot of it, especially the stuff with the Hirose family, reminded me of Yakuza 3 and the Ryudo family. Love Yuta, Love Nagumo, just a shame a lot of other major characters weren't really present.

My favorite part about this movie was the ghost/demon hunting aspect and the red demon in his little workshop just grinding his nails down.

The Tartakovsky bit is why I wanted to watch this movie and the MCU again.
