Putin’s puppets in Hungary and Slovakia unfortunately won’t allow it. So they will need to use a separate entity to issue such bonds, which will lead to market segregation. Still better than nothing though!

I’d buy Eurobonds for several reasons. I believe in the need for Europe to rearm, and I think my yankee dollars won’t be worth much soon anyway given, well, all this. It’d be good to see that money go to good use.
