the main reason (most) other countries can do that is BECAUSE their govt doesnt actively want to kill them. if ur not a billionaire or above here this country does not care if you die. hope that helps
i just wish the people saying it would find a less backhanded way to say it! the way u put it was way better and could inspire people instead of having an attitude abt how nobody is doing anything
