Generally, it's better to use other crossover comps, for the reasons I outlined about the function of comps. If you can't find crossover comps--and you're sure your ms *is* crossover--default to YA rather than adult. #RevPit

Thank you so much for these, and for your additional helpful comments!! In addition to my question above about prologues, I have one more- if you’re submitting a manuscript as crossover YA, is including comps from both adult and YA acceptable? Or should the comps all be crossover as well?
