Does this factor in when the penalties are called because that's what fans are noticing I think. A five yard penalty can turn a 67 yard FG into 62. Normally a 5 yarder is not game changing but sometimes it is.

i'll make the bet once I know the game. probably Vegas owns 2 or 3 refs. I dont know if they'll be working on Sunday or not. once people understand the fix we can all move past it. but nothing is certain yet.
