If a naturalized citizen breaks this oath, which Musk undoubtedly has based on what he's doing with US agencies, they face denaturalization and possibly deportation according to the law.
Give it a few weeks & they might be able to make a case for espionage. It would be nice if he was stateless.

Violation of one’s oath of citizenship is not grounds for denaturalization.
Denaturalization can only be imposed where naturalization was procured by fraud. Fraud requires dishonesty beforehand, not betrayal afterwards.
There must be some penalty given that the oath is taken upon naturalization.
As far as I am aware, the only tribunal before which a person must answer for violating the Oath is the *final* tribunal.
Again, the one recourse is at the final judgment
But, yeah, in this environment it would be very hard for anything to move anyone to even speak about that kind of action.
Rome has fallen because of that stuff and many experts see that coming for the US. At least then, Trump and Musk will fall too. #Sad4US
Musk is not the president & has no authority to present any plans to Congress, let alone acquire private info or redirect any funds.
