i wonder if it was just lack of interest or the fact that there might’ve been a cross section of people who would spend on GTA and RDO but they preferred spending on GTA

Total guess but I'd say lack of interest, a smaller crowd into the Wild West theme Vs the fast cars and big city theme

I agree! I have fond memories of it. Played for the first couple years and maxed everything out. I dropped off because there just wasn't enough to do.
