If anyone goes through like waves of feeling pretty good to then feeling down and just a bit lost, what do you do to pick yourself up again? Need some inspiration.

I sleep until I feel better or take a bath for however long I need to; eat delicious but also healthy food, make art, write, organize things, vent to humans and if no humans are available I vent to the ai lol.
Studio Ghibli movies, Japanese and Korean "slice of life" novels, and getting my hands in some dirt. Either by gardening outside or nurturing my house plants.
Go for a walk with a camera along a route I know well and force myself to take photos.
It triggers my creativity and because I'm in familiar territory gives me reassurance, while looking for things to photograph makes me see things I missed before.
I remind myself that feelings come and go, and this too shall pass. I try to do whatever I had planned and not let the down days stop me. In these difficult days my unscheduled time is very unproductive but I consider that self-care. Our feelings are real, but I don't give down days extra validity.
There are many general ideas such as walking, sleeping, & writing that help. For me, weiting has helped best, even I toss away the thoughts/work right afterward, as it compiles my thoughts.
Genuinely, the best thing you can do is to just do ANYTHING you haven’t done before. Just a mix up will help!
When I’m going through a low and lost time the most helpful things for me are being outside to remind myself how small I am, talking with friends so I don’t feel alone, and reruns of 30 Rock for the lols. But sometimes it’s just the passing of time that brings me back on top.
i’ve been having a good time studying languages. just having something small to do like learning words or doing flashcards during the sad times reminds me that i have this bigger goal i’m working towards and that helps me feel a little better
I feel you there Ahmed, I been going through waves of feeling great to feeling down and lost. Honestly I been escaping by playing Stardew or just talking with friends as we play/be silly on Rivals has brought me lots of joy and laughter.
