My daughter-in-law, still in her 40s had a heart attack last July and they can not find a reason for it happening nor any likelihood for another. Usually it is possible to find a reason. Not overweight, not high blood pressure,

My husband had a heart attack at age 43. (His father died of a heart attack at the same age.) So scary, but he is now 76 and hasn’t had a problem since. (He had ballon angioplasty when he had the attack.)

She also does a lot of work with Catholic Charities whose funding is up in the air and our daughter who works for a non-profit for Womens Domestic Violence, funding is iffy. So it has been a stressful month.

I'm glad your wife is ok. I had my surprise heart attack in July of 22, only my prognosis is not so good. I am in hospice with congestive heart failure, just waiting for my heart to give out. Hope you and your wife have many more years together.😻

All the best to her and you, stay strong. Scary stuff. I got hit by one at 54, luckily was in hospital at the time for something else or as a loner I would likely not be here now. Take it slow, follow the doctors advice; and yeah, the US has some amazing medical professionals
