I'm on the same page with you. If House Republicans stripped this & Senate passed it, it would go back to House before going to Biden. It would have to be passed by both chambers before Biden gets it. Did House strip it or not?

It was definitely stripped out of the CR approved yesterday but what I’m trying to find out is if there was some stray house bill already approved that the senate hadn’t voted on yet and that’s what they voted on last night or if it was a new bill that has to go back to the house.
