This is what I'm concerned about. It would really behoove candidates to form strategic alliances and remind voters about not ranking bad candidates (which Wiley and Garcia did not do and that's how we ended up with Adams).

Low turnout election + high name recognition + very good at outreach to constituents that actually vote in off-year primaries + RCV means I'm very worried about this and other NYC politics observers are as well.
