Rachel is great. She is tough, hard working, smart and has truly etched her place in media, journalism, publishing. I applaud her message about Joy and others.
Personally, I wish she would have stood up and said, "That being said, I am leaving MSNBC as of this moment. Good night, my friends."

Her wimpy, passive-voice "objection" & unconvincing-sad-face were already hard to take, but then she went right back to work for the ethnic-cleansers that robbed her supposed "friends" of their jobs.
She's also under a binding contract at the moment.
F Rachel Maddow and double F MSNBC. Especially now.
I think WE can all stop watching, but i don’t want to demand anchors follow suit cause there isn’t another obvious place where their viewers will get that message.
I love Rachel Maddow, but I fully agree that one act like that from her would have been so impactful, and just maybe have helped to spark a change in legacy media that’s failing us.
Lmao you simply cannot be serious.
It’s always so easy to tell OTHER people to leave their jobs. I wish people would stop
They started this, with their complete submission to Trump.
If you submit to them, you're telling them their submission to Trump is acceptable, or more.
The inciting incident (Joe visiting Trump), and practices (kissing Trump's ass), are clear. The network knows this.
Try not to blame the bullied for the actions of the bully.
Yes you did.
Plenty of powerful and informative voices have successfully transitioned to bluesky, substack, or YouTube.
I didn't follow through with an ass out of you and me, did I? 😆
How about "Don't worry. Rachel, if she so chooses, will make her voice heard and carry it no matter what platform she moves onto after leaving racist MSNBC."
I am not one bit angry or defensive, nor was I one upping you.
And I don't consider it a waste of time simplifying/correcting my original comment to reassure you that you aren't alone in your fears in losing Rachel's rational voice.
We need to amplify, support & demand accountability.
This is a dark time, but we don’t back down, we rise.
