I think blanket allowances to let people to work from home are good because not everyone 1) has a diagnosis and 2) a doctor that will write a letter for accommodations.

By maybe they realized it should be respected, more mean that admin wants to avoid lawsuits by federal employees, not that they care about disabled people.
